Description
Since kids are having to social distance, increase school screen time, and not have their normal activities it is extremely important to get them moving. That is why I have created 16 workouts to target major muscle groups, movement and mobility to keep kids active. This is for ALL ages. 4 week program with 4 workout out days per week. It cost less per workout than coffee at Starbucks. This will help improve their mental and physical health. It is proven that children that participate in physical activity will help increase their brain function. Have them join their friends in fitness to move, engage, and thrive in this new normal while burn off extra energy.
