My Story.
 My Mission.

Hello. My name is Natalie Dare. I am a mother of three children and spouse to a USMC Reconnaissance Marine.

I started personal training clients in 2011. I have participated in the sport of triathlon and running events for over 14 years. I have raced half marathons, marathons, sprint, Olympic and two 70.3 (half) ironman triathlon distances as well as a full Ironman. I qualified to participate and finished in the Ironman World Championships in Kailua-Kona, Hawaii of 2019. I have a bachelor’s degree in Nutrition Science and have been passionate about nutrition all my life.

While moving with the military all over the world it became a passion of mine to help those around me to reach their own personal goals. I find so much joy in helping others succeed. I believe that if you truly want to be successful you have to individualize your program and surround yourself with people that understand and believe in you too. I want to change the way “personal trainers” train with clients. It’s about investing in their clients and truly being present with them on their fitness journey. That is how Dare Fitness came to be by meeting clients individual needs, no matter where they were, or what obstacles life put in their way.

That is why I have created 16 workouts to target major muscle groups, movement and mobility to keep kids active.This is for ALL ages. 4 week program with 4 workout out days per week. It cost less per workout than coffee at Starbucks. This will help improve their mental and physical health. It is proven that children that participate in physical activity will help increase their brain function. Have them join their friends in fitness to move, engage, and thrive in this new normal while burn off extra energy. 

8 week Bootcamp Pass $56

This is 25% discount on Bootcamp class when purchased in advance. There is a Bootcamp every week to join through Facebook to help keep you committed to your fitness. They are fun energetic workouts provided with professional instruction. Each workout is designed to workout all major muscle groups to help optimize healthy function and strength. When purchased 8 weeks Bootcamp Pass you get a personal code login code to access the class. 8 week Pass will expire after 12 weeks from purchase date.

I began training with Natalie in August 2019.  I wanted to lose weight and lose inches but I needed accountability. I have been working with Natalie Dare for almost a year now. Part of that time was in person and approximately 7 months has been through distance using the TrueCoach app. I am pretty consistent in my workouts, but Natalie makes sure I am working out all my muscle groups and that I have a good mix of strength training, cardio and HIIT workouts. This is a huge benefit over video workouts that become repetitive and boring over time. I appreciate being able to do the workouts at my convenience rather than having to work around a scheduled class. Natalie does an excellent job checking in with me and modifying my workouts based on what I am dealing with whether it’s a move, an injury or an irregular schedule for the week. Natalie also tracks my measurements and weight which helps me to see the progress I have made and where I need to put forth more effort or change my routine.
